Every ministry at First Church of God exists to help people take their next step in following Jesus. Whether you're worshiping, serving, studying God's Word, or building relationships, you'll find opportunities to grow in faith, use your gifts, and make a difference in the lives of others.
Grow Groups
Grow Groups help us practice discipleship in everyday life. We engage Scripture together through conversation, reflection, and practical application. These weekly small groups help us grow in Christ through authentic relationships and shared spiritual growth and meet on a schedule similar to the school calendar.
Christian Women Connection
Christian Women Connection (CWC) at First Church of God is the local expression of the Church of God’s national women’s ministry. We gather for fellowship, prayer, and service, encouraging one another to grow in Christ and live out His love in our homes, church, and world.
Community Outreach
We are called to be the presence of Christ beyond our church walls. Through Community Outreach, we serve our neighbors with compassion, meet practical needs, and point people to the hope of the gospel. We seek to love our community in both word and action.
Kids Ministry
Our Kids Ministry exists to help children know Jesus, grow in their faith, and become lifelong disciples. In a safe, caring, and fun environment, kids discover God’s love through biblical teaching, engaging activities, and trusted leaders who partner with families. We believe children are an important part of God’s work in the church today.
Sunday School
Through faithful Bible teaching, meaningful conversation, and caring relationships, people of every age are equipped to know Christ more deeply and follow Him more faithfully in age-appropriate contexts. It is a place to learn God’s Word and grow in community.
Pastoral Support
As a discipling community, we believe no one should walk alone. Our Pastoral Support ministry provides prayer, encouragement, and care for individuals and families in every season of life. We seek to walk with people through joy, sorrow, and spiritual growth with the compassion of Christ.
