WELCOME TO
FIRST CHURCH OF GOD
First Church of God is a discipling community within the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana), a Wesleyan-Holiness tradition committed to following Jesus together in everyday life. We gather to worship, grow in God’s Word, serve our neighbors, and live out the hope of the gospel in our homes and community. We are a church learning to follow Jesus together and inviting others to do the same.

Our mission is to make disciples as we go everywhere we go.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We are part of the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana), a Wesleyan-Holiness tradition that emphasizes Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, the authority of Scripture, and the call to holy living empowered by the Holy Spirit. We believe the Church is a circle of disciples who are growing in Christ, sharing the gospel, and living out God’s love in the world. Our shared hope is the present and coming reign of God through Jesus Christ.

JOIN OUR COMMUNITY
We believe that salvation experience makes you a member of God's church. We don't practice formal church membership or vote you into the church. If you attend, give, participate, and serve faithfully, that's the closest thing to typical church membership we talk about.
